Vision and mission
We educate conscious and competent professionals to support the integration of Belarusians into the global democratic community through modern European education.
Based on European experience and supported by digital educational technologies (EdTech), we provide Belarusians around the world with access to modern knowledge and advanced professional competencies to contribute to the future reform of Belarusian society.
We create a space for modern, independent Belarusian education, grounded in the values of human dignity, freedom, democracy, human rights, and national revival.
Activities
- We provide access to free postgraduate European education in fields essential for the economic, social, and civil transformation of Belarus to applicants with first or second-level higher education.
- We train future public servants for democratic Belarus based on the potential of Western universities and the reform experiences of new EU member states.
- We build a cross-border inclusive online learning platform — a space for cooperation and integration of systemic and non-systemic providers of innovative courses, which will eventually become the basis for a modern Belarusian digital university.
- We support repressed Belarusian academics in continuing their teaching careers through online accelerator programs in instructional design.
